A few years ago I found myself in circumstances that even I didn´t recognize myself , I had become the «Johnny´s mother» , who was I ? what was I doing with my life? I felt lost , powerless, confused.
When I quit my job as a Top Executive of the Hospitality Industry a few years ago I dedicated myself to doing business for money but never think about what I really loved and enjoyed doing , but when I faced that truth, I felt so miserable for not doing something that really lit my soul, I got depressed , I almost took a year off because I needed to reconnect with myself and my deepest desires and passions of the soul.
I found that to have a successful business the most important thng is the relationship you have with your business and with yourself, it is like a living being, with his own heart and soul. The success of your business is actually a romance , which will greatly contribute to your personal development.
I want to share you my method step to go from being a frustrated mom a happy and successful entrepreneur:
1) I started by asking myself many questions : What is what shakes my soul & spirit? What am I able to spend hours doing that I even forget to eat? What are my talents + gifts? What does the world need you can offer with those talents ? How can I leave a mark on the world? What experiences and wisdom do I have? What do I brilliantly ? I want my business to be a beacon of what ?
2) After doing deep introspection in all honesty, I decided to make it happen. So I made a written plan of what I wanted, what I wanted to achieve and the activities that were necessary to get closer to my goals. This includes the structure and form of my business. This requires time and dedication so that everything is in harmony : what you love , what your business wants , what your customers want, what you want.
3) Worked my mind VERY MUCH , this is the foundation for achieving any goal , I left bare my sense of self-worth , self-confidence. And above all I had very clear that I am an instrument of God to help people in a way or another to have a better life . I realized that there are many people in the world who need what I have to offer and it would be very selfish of me to keep quiet and not do anything about it . This step is truly fundamental. I needed Coaches and mentors, and to this day I still need them.
4) I took inspired action – I am stll inspired – , the word means «in spirit «, when you act from your highest level of consciousness and have faith in what you are doing , things start to flow. The «coincidences» begin to happen in your life, through people , places, events , all in perfect sync that brings you closer to achieving your goals. When you act from your faith , with certainty , maybe what you´re doing is not giving you direct results, but you start to generate a flow of energy that will attract to you that which you want.
5) I learned to flow, to not force anything, – that does not mean inaction – that when something does not happen is because there are more powerful reasons than I cannot understand at that time, but something that seems wrong can be the foundation for something good coming soon.
6) I allied myself with key people to expose my business to more customers and grow my list.
7) Constant evaluation of results , and the flexibility to make the necessary changes in the way
8) I have understood that I don´t need to have all the answers to start, just start with what I have , it’s a leap of faith and confidence. You can always change , nothing is written in stone.
9) Every day I wonder if what I’ve honored my relationship with my business, how do you treat someone you love? How much of your time, money, love and energy requires your spouse? Doing each activity of your business with all your love and faith is key to get the results you want .
